You may ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you. You can update most details directly from your account dashboard.
Deletion
You may request that we delete your account and all associated personal data. We will action this request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity such as financial records.
Withdrawal of Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process data (such as marketing emails), you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Data Retention
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 12 months after closure. Financial records are retained for 7 years in line with Nigerian tax law. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 26 months.

Our services are not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
